To ensure you are receiving all the district updates, please log into the D11 Loop and make sure we have all your current contact information.

    D-11 PARENTS
    Login use your Q Parent Connection PIN and password. If you forgot your Parent Connect information, visit the QParent Connect portal, and click on "Need your Login Information?" An email will be sent to your primary email address as listed in Q.
    D-11 STAFF
    ​U​se your district email address ( as your Login ID and your D-11 Network Password is your BlackBoard password.

  • Click "Account" in the top right side of the page.
  • On the "Account" tab you can view your current contact information
  • The information listed as "primary" can only be updated in Q (or PeopleSoft for Staff)
  • To add additional contact information, click "Add" and choose the type>  phone number, text number, email or mailing address.

  • On the "Delivery Preferences" tab, you can choose how you would like to receive different types of notifications. 
    NOTE-- All notifications during this time will be sent as "other". 

    If you want to receive notifications via Text Message, please be sure to add a Text/SMS Number on the account tab. Text messages are always an opt-in option.


To set up push notifications and delivery preferences using the mobile app:

  1. Open the App. and click on the Notifications icon
  2. To set-up an alert, select the Edit icon in the top right hand corner
  3. Click Configure Alerts
  4. Click Delivery Preferences
  5. You can also click Follow Schools and select any schools you want to receive alerts for.  
    Select "Colordo Springs School District 11" to receive district level alerts.
