Graduation Information

Palmer High School Graduation 2024 Details:
May 22nd, 2024- 3pm at The Ed Robson Arena

GRADUATION: Wednesday, May 22nd at 3:00PM

Doors will open for guests at 2:00 p.m. at the Ed Robson Arena

All Graduates will be taking Charter Buses to Robson Arena. Buses will depart Palmer at 1PM sharp. Graduates will be on their own after the ceremony.

Graduates will meet pre- Charter bus at the Aux. Gym Parking Lot by 12:45PM– The Aux gym is located at the corner of Boulder and Nevada and the parking lot is just North of the building.

All graduates are expected to take Charters to Robson!

Approximately 50 graduates per bus.

Depart at 1:00 pm sharp. Be in the north parking lot with Caps and gowns on.

Arrive at Ed Robson Arena – 849 N. Tejon Street, 80903

We will have a celebratory greeting for graduates as they arrive at the arena.

Buses will leave the Ed Robson Arena immediately after dropping off.

 Must Knows for Graduation Ceremony:

  • ADA parking on west side of the arena.
  • Parents and families should park in the CC Parking Garage off of Dale St.
  • Robson has a clear bag
  • No re-entry is allowed.
  • Robson does not allow refillable water bottles of any kind.
  • Graduates can’t bring anything with them onto the floor. Families are requested to hold Graduates’ belongings.
  • No decorated caps are allowed for graduates.
  • Road closures will be Cache Le Poudre and Cascade, as well as Cache le Poudre and Nevada as well as Tejon and Dale. Traffic control should be in operation.
  • Meet your graduates after the ceremony as they exit the arena  out on Cache le Poudre on the Tejon side.

🎓 Attention Seniors! 🎓

As the school year winds down and graduation draws near, it's crucial to ensure all loose ends are tied up. Please take a moment to check your school email for important reminders regarding your end-of-year obligations.
Here's what you need to remember:
  1. Textbooks: If you've borrowed any textbooks throughout the year, please make arrangements to return them promptly to the library.
  2. Chromebooks and Chargers: For those who borrowed school Chromebooks and chargers, please return them to the upstairs Media Center when you've completed all your exams and assignments, and prior to graduation.
  3. Hotspots: If you've been using a school-issued hotspot for internet access, please return it to the Upstairs Media Center.
  4. Library Books: Don't forget to return any library books you may have checked out to the downstairs library area.
  5. Other Obligations: Keep an eye out for any other obligations listed in your email, such as outstanding fees, athletic or band equipment, and etc...
We want to ensure that everyone has a smooth transition into the next chapter of their lives, so please take care of these responsibilities promptly.
